Delivery

Each piece is carefully wrapped and packed by hand before being sent from White Cottage Lane.

Delivery costs and available options will be shown at checkout. Orders will usually be dispatched within 2–3 working days, and you'll receive confirmation once your order has been sent.

As many of our pieces are vintage, antique or pre-loved, each item is individually packaged with care to help ensure it arrives safely.

Returns

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason.

If you wish to return an item, please contact me at white-cottage-lane@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. The item should then be returned within 14 days of notifying me.

Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with reasonable care taken when handling and packaging them.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Once the returned item has been received, your refund will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights.

Vintage & Antique Pieces

Please remember that our pieces are vintage, antique or pre-loved and may show signs of age and use. Any notable imperfections, marks or signs of wear will be described and photographed in the product listing.

These are part of the character and history of each individual piece, so please read the description and look carefully at all photographs before purchasing.
